Committee constituted to assist the Registrar for registration of
Architects under Section 25(a) and 25(b) of the Architects Act, 1972.

2. BOARD OF UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION |
Board of Undergraduate Education in Architecture and Planning shall advise
the Council of Architecture on academic matters falling in its area of
concern including norms, standards, model curricula, model facilities and
structure of course.
|
The functions of the Board of undergraduate Education shall be:
|
i) To frame Guidelines, Model Syllabus, Scheme of Examination to improve
quality of Education being imparted at the recognized institutions.
|
ii) To monitor the maintenance of minimum standards of
education being imparted at the recognized institutions.
|
iii) To deal with any reference made by the Council of Architecture.

Board of Postgraduate Education in Architecture and Planning shall advise
the Council of Architecture on academic matters falling in its area of
concern including norms, standards, model curricula, model facilities and
structure of course and research.

The functions of the Board of undergraduate Education shall be :

iv) To frame Guidelines, Model Syllabus, Scheme of
Examination to improve quality of Education being imparted at the
recognized institutions.

vi) To deal with any reference made by the Council of
Architecture or its Executive Committee.
